SPIRIGUSTO
A vortex of flavours that transports you into a sensory experience through the succession of salty, bitter, sweet, umami and, last but not least, spicy tastes: we present you Spirigusto. The overlapping of layers of different colours creates a play on colours and textures. The core of the product consists of hazelnuts, seeds, chilli and spirulina, joined together by fig paste.
The whole is covered with a layer of white chocolate and dark chocolate, with a few grains of salt placed between the two coatings. Finally, the product is truffled with a green powder.
