BOSCOTTO
Boscotto was born from the original idea of a pastry obtained through an innovative use of mushrooms, dried tomatoes and cheese, to then arrive at the formulation of a sandwich biscuit, with a pecorino cream inside combined with a blueberry jam; a combination that creates a pleasant contrast between sweet and savoury, making Boscotto a unique snack, able to give an authentic and genuine taste experience.
